The website provided is where clients go to get "pre-qualified" on a car loan. Representatives of the facility email, call, and text the client letting them know they are approved, when in fact they are NOT. Clearly, the site never asks for social #, proof of income, etc.. hence, no real approval. The company does these false practices in hopes to drive more clientele when in reality they are wasting the clients time. A specific department at this dealership gets paid a commission on bringing clientele in, which this is one of their practices to do so. By lying to individuals with bad/no credit. This company also does illegal charges on car purchases made by clients (primarily on pre-owned vehicles).
