Zappify

I ordered 3 mosquito zappers from Zappify on 6/20/24. The screen said no shipping cost. I found out the next day that they charged me $35 to ship, so I called right away (could not get through) and emailed right away and canceled the order. They do not respond. The order ended up shipping to an incorrect address, so I have never received any product. They still have not given me a refund. I finally reached someone and she said it is with the refund dept, but there is no way to contact the refund dept. Still waiting. It is 8/724.

I ordered 3 zappify mosquito killers. I thought it was the zappify that was made by a college student. The site mislead me. It said order didn't go through. I ended up ordering 3 times. I ordered 9 Zappifys. 3 cost $121.83. I called them back within 5 minutes. They said they could not cancel my orders that they had been shipped. I thought this company was through California when I ordered it was Sapience, 12924 Pierce Street, Pacoima, CA. Now I look at their site and their address is Sapience Group LLC, 78 John Miller Way, Kearny, New Jersey 07032. We tried 3 of the Zappers. We are in Northern MN. We put 2 by the woods and 1 in the house. In total for 3 days they caught 3 mosquitos. I sent all of them back. They received them July 3, 2024. It is July 17, 2024 and today they refunded me for one $121.83 and another one for $89.50. The other $121.83 is I don't know where. They kepts 38.00 for shipping and handling. I was the one who shipped them back. They just had to refund me. Oh....the language barrier is awful. Ann
