I was shopping online and ordered a canvas bag in March 2026. Then the next 3 months I was charged 39.99 each month....for nothing. When I called the number to question the charges they agreed to cancel my "samples account" I did not receive any samples nor did I authorize an account or these charges. They also agreed to refund my money. I am waiting to see if that occurs. If not I will have my credit card company go after them.

We ordered a rain coat from a website called Klyvera and the 1st problem was they added a $9.00 expedited shipping fee to a “Free Shipping” fee. Expedited turned out to be 3 weeks. Then the communication was switched to the Zapostore. When checking my Citi charge account I noticed a series of 5 additional unauthorized charges of $39.99, $39.94, $30.99, $39.99 and $39.99 from Zapostore, Relzotech, and Tunohealth. All of these were fraudulent. Additionally the product itself was “junk” and when I tried to return it the process became a major hassle including requiring me to pay for the return shipping cost.

I never purchased Zapostore but was charged $39.99 on my debit card. Previously to that, I got an anonymous phone call. Don't pick up the anonymous phone call. I never visited this Zapostore

On 3/22/26 ordered dog toys for $33.97 from Zapostore. Received not the same product I ordered on 4/6/26. Went to website to check shipping delivery on 3/30/26 and saw there was some monthly charge involved. Cancelled monthly charge on this date and cancellation came back successful and refund would be processed in 5 business days. On 4/9/26 saw bank statement $39.99 was pending from zapostore. Disputed amount online to bank that day. On 4/10/26 I saw that amount was paid to zapostore.
