My mother purchased airline tickets through zap flights in May 2025 for flights leaving on January 3, 2026 from Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport to Puerto Vallarta Mexico. According to zapflights.com flight information will be identified with 72 hours prior to international flights however that time has come and gone (currently only 16 hours prior to flight) and when we contact zapflights.com customer service we were asked to pay an additional $85 to book the flight on a different airline. After more than an hour of being told that I need to wait for a few more hours for our airline confirmation. I requested the airline confirmation number but the service agent continually refused to provide information. I still do not have flight information regarding my flight that takes off at 7:30 tomorrow morning.
