Zairison.com Reports & Reviews (6)

Zairison.com falsely sells hard copy books. The ISBN listed aligns with the books. They state shipping information that physical copies of the book will ship out in 2-5 business days and provide a phone number to initiate a physical return. After purchasing a book, only a link to digital content is emailed. They share customer service and return order phone numbers. The customer service number states they only interact via email. I sent 3 emails with no response. The return order phone number, with multiple tries, was never answered. Zairison leads consumers to believe that a physical book is being ordered and will be shipped and delivered, but there is no intent to sell a physical copy.

Bought a recently published book, thinking I was getting a physical version of it as everywhere on the website it mentions paperback and hardcover. While filling out the details, it even mentions shipping as if it was a physical entity that would arrive at my door and if it didn't arrive but claims it was delivered, it would not be able to be refunded. All this indicated a physical entity, but the only thing that was given was an email saying the order was "processing" and it included a download link to the book. No followup for several weeks, before sending an email, looked up this issue and found a similar report saying that they had this exact issue and that after sending an email, were told it was digital only and there were no refunds despite website saying it was guaranteed. This company is a lawsuit away from being ripped apart

Intended to purchase a physical book. Once purchase was made, I received a digital download. I reached out to the seller to make the adjustment from electronic to a physical book and was informed that they do not accept returns on digital products. No where on the site was it listed that the book was digital only. My shipping information was also taken. No remedy was found and they stopped replying to my emails.

- Baltimore, MD, USA

Website claimed to sell physical books. Used an ISBN for a physical book in the product listing page and included information about shipping policies on the website. Instead emailed a link to download an electronic copy of the book. Bait and switch.

Was searcking for a particular book online. Found the Zairison website. Listed info on shipping and 30 day money back guarantee. Went through the purchase process and was emailed a link to an e-book. No where on their site does it reference e-books. I asked for a refund and they refused saying all sales final on e-books.

Zairison.com is a website purporting to sell books. The ISBN information listed for each book aligns with either the hardcover or paperback versions of the book, and there is information about shipping on their shipping page that indicates that physical copies of the book will ship out in 2-5 business days and even provides information about how to initiate a physical return. However, after purchasing, only a link to digital content is sent. When reaching out to confirm that I would receive the hard copy as well, I was told that the site only sells digital eBooks (PDFs), but that is not indicated anywhere on their website. They also indicated that they have a no return policy, despite what is indicated on their Refund and Returns Policy page, which indicates that returns can be made within 30 days. The website is intentionally misleading and leads the consumer to believe that a physical copy of the book is being ordered and will be shipped and delivered to the buyer, but there is no intent to sell a physical copy.
