Bill say its for 2 years BOLD listing $498.81, then on the bottom it says One Year $498.81 or Two Years $789.71. We ran an ad about 7 years ago in our local yellow pages so I assume that's where they obtained our information. Invoice looks photocopied in black and white, along with the "finger walking" logo.

received a bill today for 589.89 for a 1 year listing and 2 year for 789.71 no where on this invoice does it say that this is an advertisement. when you call the number it doesn't even give a business name. Tried holding to talk to someone no one answers recording just keeps repeating SCAM

Scam invoice received 2/14/22

We just received an invoice in the amount of $498.81. It is stated that it was posted 12/22/21 (when our office was closed) and the invoice is dated 1/27? Due 2/27? We never authorized this. Called the phone number, "scammiest" robot voice ever, and to a voicemail. Have not heard back- do not intend to pay this and will sue if they threaten us.

Beware of Fake Invoice

This scammer is using a post office box in Pennsylvania as a return address as 4201 Neshaminy Blvd. #108 , PMB 371 Bensalem , PA 19020. The envelope outside shows Miami Florida .

They are pretending to Yellow Business Book . The invoice says a balance due is $498.81. That the invoice is for listing fee . I called the real yellow pages and they said that they are aware that they are aware of that scam.

This "business" sent an unsolicited invoice for advertising in their directory. The amount they claim due is $498.89. They conveniently print the interest rate on the annual period statement to be "19,12000%". There are several complaints regarding this "business" filed with ScamPulse.com and they all list the same amount due, and the "business" has the same stock reply to each complaint.

I received an invoice from "Yellow Pages Directory" stating that my business owed $498.89. I actually have an account with Yellow Pages United and they confirmed that this "Yellow Pages Directory" was not affiliated. I tried calling the fraudulent company and their automated answering service identified them as "Customer Care Hotline" sent my call to voice mail.

I received an invoice from Yellow Business Book for services I did not order--display advertising, presumably in the "Yellow Business Book," for a business I used to own that closed several years ago. See the pdf. At the bottom the invoice states "total amount due: $497.88."

Probably there are unsophisticated people who will pay these ridiculous invoices.

I have never taken out a yellow pages ad so knew it was fake; also spotted a typo on the form.

Received a bill from Yellow Business Book 2464 El Camino Real #3 Santa Clara CA 90034 for $497 via regular mail using a forever stamp instead of a prepaid bulk mail type postage. Have never heard of this company, nor spoken with any agent of such. Is similar to YP and possibly YELP. We will not pay this bill. In addition when you call the 888-612-1312 , you don't get a person. They want you to leave voice mail which I refuse to do.

I received an invoice in December for $497.81 for a two year bold listing in PowellEdition of Yellow Business Book. This is something I did not agree to and don't recall ever being contacted by anyone. They did have my business name, address and phone number. At the bottom of the invoice, in regards to payment, it says the $497.81 is just for one year with a special offer of two years for $714.45. Needless to say, I won't be paying this invoice.

I called the phone number on the invoice only to get an answering machine not indicating the place of business. We have not advertised with this phony company ever. We do however have a listing in the legitimate Yellowbook at no charge (we do not choose to pay an upgrade for bold)
