Mail addressed to my small business name, inside an urgent "important notice" to file a 2025 Annual Report Form for Florida Businesses - they had the file date I became an LLC, mine and my partner's names and addresses, Bold print with Florida Law on LLC filing an annual report each year and a place to fill in our tax EIN number and info on how much to make a payment. I searched C.P.S. Online because the name was suspicious to me and I found a Reddit post that they have been scamming people! I usually spot scams right away and this one almost got me!

2024 Annual Report Instruction Form stating we needed to file and pay $263.75 fee to the state which included a state fee and CPS processing fee.

Received letter for 1024 Annual Renewal of LLC. They were asking for $135 which would include C.F.S. processing fee. also had phone number of 877-329-4662 for questions or concerns and to respond by 11/30/2023. I checked, on the MN state website and I have already renewed online for free and do not need to file for renewal until the end of 2024. Then I checked the ScamPulse.com website to confirm this is a SCAM to get my money.
