The website promises a quote before service, the technician arrived and insisted that the lock was broken and immediately started to drill it out. Then he demanded a Zelle payment and said there is a surcharge if you use a credit card. He was rude and impatient and argued with the owner about the state of the lock (the lock was new and it was just the wrong key. It would have been easy and appropriate to simply unlock the door).
