Attempted to hire a tutor locally, was scheduled with a person who was suddenly unavailable for local tutoring, the day of the scheduled introduction. Turns out that the person I initially scheduled with did not even exist. I was directed to meet with an overseas tutor in Africa instead, despite telling them I needed someone locally. They promised the introduction was complimentary, to provide my card information if I chose to move forward. Did the complimentary introduction with a tutor, decided not to move forward as I still needed someone locally. Informed the customer service rep, she understood. My credit card was later charged for a full tutoring package with the person overseas that I never agreed to move forward with.
