One Star is too much - Zero Star is what I would give.

Another Bait and Switch company - I will never use again or recommend them to anyone.

We had the worst experience yesterday 10/15/2026. Sam would never provide a final quote, started work before we could stop him and Jeremy. Handed us a bill for $2389. for replacing the springs and pulleys. I refused to pay that bill. (I agreed they should get paid something for the job). We tried to negotiate but only got him down to $1300. I was going to call his office but Sam would not provide his owners information. (I got the feeling it is his family owned) TOTALLY RIPPED US OFF! Sam took advantage of us elder couple. I run Department of Corporation to see if they are incorporated and in good standing and found NOTHING.
