Instagram interlaced ads into my feed for Windshield Repair Fluid, and I purchased one through the ad on 2/18/2026. I paid via PayPal Credit. My emailed receipt indicated a total of $41.99 for: $39.99 for the product and $2.00 for Shipping Insurance. The charge on my PayPal Credit account posted as $54.59. The $12.60 difference is for unknown reasons, but assumed to be for taxes. On 3/19/26, after a month of Tracking Update emails, the package seemingly stopped moving. I emailed the seller and they refused to issue a refund since they couldn't have the product returned to them.
