This is in connection with the parking lot located at 777 N Ocean Drive, Hollywood, FL and Costa Hollywood Beach Hotel.

I received a parking violation letter to pay $55. I tried to reach out to the "law firm" since I had a paid receipt through 6/18/16 6:00 pm and the "ticket" which I was never ticketed was for 6/18/26 at 12:58pm. No response to my emails, no answer on the phone. Attached is the letter, my parking receipt and the reservation to the hotel under Monika Rodriguez.

Paid parking total $114.40.
