I placed an order on a website expecting for the item to look like the images, but they did not resemble the images at all and were poor quality. Then when I reached out in regards to returning the items, I was not given the return address or any information. Instead they ignored my email. The website contains only one email address but no phone number and no address.

This website posts photos and descriptions of high quality products using descriptions such as "premium leather" and "woven" materials, "orthopedic" quality. What you get is molded plastic delivered from China. They don't even put a label on the product they send and they don't even ship in a box. They literally wrapped in plastic and shipped. Then they asked for a bunch of weird photos when you ask to return like "take a photo of the product next to you." Very creepy.
