The company is using a virtual office to pretend to be the USPTO. The claim that your Trademark is in cancellation and that you must pay $1250.00 to renew for 5 years. Fake "registration" number and virtual office gave it away. Also left out "US" in the name on the envelope. The number they give is 18009834701.

I checked with the REAL USPTO and my Trademark is active with no issue. They are obviously poaching public trademark data looking for potential victims.
