I ordered a fuel saver device off the internet. (I know now there’s no such thing). About 3 weeks later I get a postage due notice from USPS because a package had arrived with counterfeit postage on it. I took a photo of the package, but refused to accept it. A Google search led me to a complaint on ScamPulse.com about a scam at this same address, but a different name. My pkg return address was William Madison, 5031 Walton Ave, Philadelphia. I also googled the device only to find out it’s a useless item often used in scams. The vendor appeared on my credit card bill as “wwssaaoos”, causing me to question the charge even before the package arrived. My CC removed the charge from my bill.
