Placed an order for apparel from this company website. Followed the tracking until it was posted as delivered. Item was never received. After many attempts to reach out to customer service for information on this package I was given vague information with 2 different emails. I received one response saying the package was sent and delivered. That the seller could offer me 30% on my return and not the full amount. I insisted that I paid the full amount and would like the full amount returned. I have gotten no more responses to my reply nor a return of any money.

It came to me as an ad on a game app on my iPhone. It was for 10 Carhartt T-shirts of assorted colors at a very low price. I was leery of it at first, and didn't take advantage of it for quite a while. It was never taken down, so I assumed it was legit and worth the chance. Obviously I was wrong. They said it was shipped from China Post and offered tracking info. It was 'shipped' on July 10 and 'delivered' on July 30. The company name wasn't given until it was too late to validate.

Responded to a Facebook post for Carhartt tshirts. Paid with credit card. Received order confirmation and tracking information. After approx. 3 weeks tracking said delivered. Product never received. Several back and forth emails with provided support address yielded no results other than them telling me it was delivered. I repeatedly asked for proof of delivery. I disputed charge with my credit card company.

The website offered a great deal on a well known product (Carhartt T-Shirts) then when ordering the site switched to an unknown t-shirt from China. I didn't realize the change until after making payment. The tracking system showed it leaving Foshan China and working it's way through customs and some unnamed carrier in the US and finally supposedly being delivered on July 27, 2026. But, no package ever arrived at my house.

Received false tracking information for a package that they said was delivered but never was. Emailed customer support and they only gave me the runaround and refused to refund my money stating that the package was delivered. I was home all day and their package never came. Blink never recorded my mail person delivering a package nor did it record someone stealing the package as customer support suggested. Just to be on the safe side I also checked with UPS and FedEx. Neither company delivered to my rural location that day.
