Immediately contacted customer service
Was instructed to: check my mailbox again, ask all of my neighbors if they got it, check with USPS and other local shippers.
Negative responses from all above.
My order number and tracking number don't exist, even on their own website.
Contacted C.S. again and was told they only use china post for shipping.
Their listed phone is a private phone, which has a rather nasty message regarding the situation.
I have asked for a refund. I do not expect one.
