I do not know if this is a “scam” or not. On May 26, I placed an order with WonderToons based on their advertisement on Facebook. Initially, they sent me over 36 emails indicating the character I had chosen was not available. I replied to several with a choice from their character list.

After I received more of the “your character is not available” emails, and no one responded, I emailed, messaged, and called them requesting to cancel my order and have my payment refunded.

There has been absolutely no response from the company and no refund.
