Jacket not as pictured and refund not received
I've attached a side-by-side comparison photo. The advertised jacket has a button-front design with contrasting trim and ribbed cuffs and waistband. The jacket I received has a zipper front and a noticeably different design and finish. It is not what I expected based on the product listing.
I contacted customer service and was told I would receive a refund. It has now been well beyond the timeframe I was given, and I still have not received it.
I believe product photos should accurately represent what customers will receive, and promised refunds should be processed in a timely manner. I hope Wisemere resolves these issues so future customers have a better experience.
