This business owner told me he could replace a windshield for me. He told me he needed payment in advance, as he was getting the windshield from a junk yard. Payment was sent via Cashapp. He scheduled to come do the replacement on three different occasions, and never showed up any of those times. He ignored my cashapp request for a refund of monies paid. When I texted him with my concerns that he took my money and did not follow through with delivery/installation of the part, he told me that he would be coming the next day to replace the windshield and that he would give me a discount on the labor cost for my inconvenience. I never saw him, never heard from him. He has had my money for over a week, with promises of coming to do the job, but repeatedly not showing up.
