Report

They called me about a loan through HSBC from 2004 or 2005 for $22,977.00. They said if it went to legal pursuit it is $65,000 or I could pay it off right away for $8500. I went onto their website, williamspeters.com and saw they had all of my information including full social security number, DOB, address. I found a blurb online that said they are a "high pressure, fraudulent debt collection operation using aggressive tactics with multiple reports on the ScamPulse.com Scam Tracker. I am very concerned that my information is out there and don't know how to rectify this.
