Williams family farm is promoting free mini highland cows. I reached out on Facebook inquiring about a mini-cow. The business asked about my experience with mini cows and advised they wanted to see the consumers farm and another animals and experience with farm animals by picture. Consumer asked if the mini cows were in fact free. The reply stated yes but paperwork would cost $190. The consumer asked what the paperwork was for and never got a direct answer. He was also advised that the payment for the paperwork would need to be collected up front. He also asked where they were located so he could pick up the paperwork and they stated in Ohio but didn't provide any further information about the location.
