I purchased a puppy for $600 and paid an additional $150 delivery fee via Apple Pay. The day of delivery, I was notified that I needed to pay the “delivery service” an additional $800 for liability insurance. When I refused the additional charge and asked for an address in Columbus OH to pick up the puppy myself, the “breeder” ghosted me and stopped responding to my texts.
