I purchased a money clip billfold wallet from an online merchant known as Whateveri. It failed to come for about six weeks, so I filed a dispute with American Express. Shortly thereafter, the item arrived by USPS. The quality was extremely inferior and the item arrived in a damaged condition. I have been attempting to contact them repeatedly for over a month, but they do not respond. I want to return the merchandise, but I cannot get them to respond to my emails, nor do they publish a telephone number. I paid $37.67 via American Express and I have re-filed the dispute. I now see that this online company falls into a scam category by numerous reviews.
