I ordered a pair of men’s shoes online. The shoes arrived in a women’s size and upon further investigation, they were not authentic. I tried contacting the company on the number and email they provide on their website and could not reach anyone to make a return. The company claims to be located in Canada, but the phone number is a Texas area code. The product shipped from an address in Queens, NY. A couple days after processing the initial purchase, I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card for over $2,000.
