My father whom is 79 with dementia is under my full care. The westbridge litigation group left a threatening voice-mail stating they would seize his assets. They claimed to have sent a letter in the mail which was never received by us and then they emailed me a 1 page doc with very little information. Threatened to sue him in court for double the amount and to put a lien on his property. I used the kansas public access portal to search for the court case using the case number given to us and it was non existent/ invalid.

The scammer stated that I have to pay an outstanding balance of $7,068.48 or a settlement of $4,947.93 and if I don't pay it the firm will file a court paper and against my house. I had contacted the original creditor Capital One and they told me that they have any business with WestBridge Litigation Group and it's a scam and don't pay any money to them.
