West Month advertises a Premium Quilted 1000GSM Luxury Extra Thick Mattress Topper - Breathable & Fluffy Soft with a special/only a few left deal price of 199.00 USD. The ads are all over Instagram. I ordered the product and what I received looked absolutely nothing like what is shown on the website or advertised on Instagram. I received a pad with 4 elastic corners that still required a mattress cover to hold it down. When I contacted their customer service, I was given the chance to return the product to AUSTRALIA, at my own expense. And, it had to be in the original packaging. The cost to do so, from the US, would have cost more than the product. When I told them, that was not an option, they offered to send me a replacement. However, they never did so, despite me following up multiple times. This company is a complete scam and takes money for a product that is not as advertised or promoted.
