A person from West County Decks and Construction was suppose to remodel my kitchen, I met her in person on April 26th, 2026 at my residence. She created a proposal. I paid her $2,035.00 (paid by Venmo) on May 18th for the cabinets that was suppose to be purchased. She told me that the cabinets will be painted and stored at work. They were never brought up there. According to her they are stored at her brothers house. When I asked for pictures and receipts they were never sent. Couple of dates were given for installation, no call no show from that person. Three months have passed, I only heard promises, but no work was ever done. I have asked for a refund, but she refused.
