I received 12 unsolicited loan solicitation calls in less than 24 hours from five different numbers identifying themselves as West Capital Lending or “West Capitol Lending.” I did not request contact or consent to repeated calls. The callers appeared to use rotating caller IDs, and the volume and frequency of contact was harassing.
