Marketing, and refund policies.

Was to have received baskets with flowers (as marketed) and received 6 flower bunch. Guaranteed 100% satisfaction or money back, when email sent explaining dissatisfaction, was sent email they would refund 40 percent or could return if I paid shipping… totally unacceptable… certainly not a 100% guarantee…
