High pressure, official looking document saying, “we have been trying to contact you regarding the (my) property’s home warranty through Wells Fargo BK NA. PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY TO VERIFY!

It goes on with a lot of other well-known pressure tactics. They are preying on old people with cognitive impairments.

How are these scammers not prosecuted?
