I was given a phone call by Weiss & Associates, LC where they left a message about an old debt from HSBC Credit One, where years ago I had a credit card with Credit One and there were fraudulent charges amounting to about 1200, and after Credit One called to find out whether I had made those charges in which I said no and the card was closed and they took off the 1200 amount and I paid a few payments afterwards and paid it off and after that I never received any bills from Credit One saying there was a balance, so I assumed the matter was closed until a few months ago Weiss & Associates contacted me and I paid about 1,687.00 using a credit card, and I signed the papers and they sent a release of liability and proof of debt paid. I tried to look for their official website and could not find it and read online how they scammed others like me with accounts from HSBC Credit One. Thank you
