This company, Webnovel.com, is a scam. They will get your debit information and continue charging you once you've cancelled the service. They repeatedly tell you that you can't cancel with a subscription but when you show proof there is no subscription, they tell you that is not sufficent. I gave them bank statements and letters from my bank and they still said that they basically could not help me. They are scammers BIG TIME.
