Website shows sandals - what is received is nothing like what is pictured. Website does say return within 30 days. I tried to return the day received. They would not give me an address and they said no returns. Even though the website clearly says and emails I received indicate 30 day money back.

This page from WeberOrthopedics.com is false advertisement. Then you cannot return the cheap plastic shoes that they send you. Which is NOT what on the website. Support is AI generated.
