Placed order for via Shop Ap for Kova's Strapless Push Up Bra x 1 on 6/24/2026 for $55.95. Order was received 7/8/2026. Requested Return and Return via [email protected] as instructed on their Refund page (https://wearkova.co/policies/refund-policy), now generating a error message. Repeated messages sent 7/19, 7/27, 8/9, and again today 8/24/2026 with NO RESPONSE

Ordered bra bundle because returns were free. Took a month to be delivered. I'm not even convinced these are from the website, they are so different, and there is no Kova label anywhere. Items arrived folded in a shipping bag, not individually in nice boxes as website depicts. No identifiable labels or brand identifiers. Bras in cheap bags. Items are nothing like website depicts. Have tried multiple ways over multiple days to contact company, through their contact page, copying and pasting their customer service email and sending my own email. Getting zero reply. The return label under the shipping label to me is from someone in PA who seems to have gotten it to send it from there. Tried to find her but can't. I can find my order on the website and it seems to give an option to track with Shop, but it doesn't work. All the tracking came from T.17track.net and was in an Asian language and sometimes didn't translate to English. Tracking number came from hualianwantong.
