Purchased men’s shorts based on a commercial advertised on the streaming platform ‘YouTube’ from company called ‘Wearcinder’. Purchase never arrived. Contacted help center. They apologized and said they would send a second order. 2nd order never arrived.

I saw this ad on TV so I placed 2 orders. Each order provided a tracking number that linked to the most generic basic tracking info. After over a month they showed delivered although I never received the packages. I contacted them via email and they offered to re-send them (including expedited shipping this time) although once again they never arrived even though their fake tracking showed delivered. Upon contacting them again, they offered to refund me 75% because of their loss "due to shipping their product twice". I declined and demanded a full 100% refund. As of this time, no refund has been processed.

I saw the shorts advertised on TV with a QR code. I didn't use the code, I wrote down the website. I went to the website, it said the product was made in the US. I ordered the 5 pack of shorts and my bank said they blocked it and if it was valid to go ahead and redo the purchase. Even though the block said they blocked it I was charged $23, which wasn't the amount of the purchase. I instantly did a virtual chat with them and she asked me to provide proof of the purchase and I did. As soon as I did she never responded again. I did redo the purchase and it was $45. I've been watching the tracking and it says it was delivered 3 days ago. When I call it disconnects and if I try to email it doesn't go through.

I made a purchase with Wearcinder on July 4, 2026. After several weeks I contacted them through email to see where my package was. The tracking number they gave me finally said it was in Republic, Mo. for over a week, the city I live in. It said it was delivered August 5, 2026. But there was no package delivered on that date.
