I ordered a shirt online from a company that claimed to be a U.S.–owned business. However, the tracking information showed the package was being shipped from China. The tracking later stated that the delivery was made, but I never received the item. I contacted the company’s support team by email, and they provided me with a different tracking number, but that shipment was also never received.

I purchased an advertised bobblehead and paid approx 85.00, I then realized this was not MLB authorized and was a fake. I immediately sent an email cancelling my order and received a refund.
