I was searching on the and theu pretended to be wayfair. I entered my email, address, phone number but couldn't enter payment to get the deal. I called Wayfair from Google number since theu didn't have a number on their website. When I spoke to the real Wayfair the item I was looking for was actually $500 and not $49.99.

These weights are usually around $400 and they were offering them for $99 (plus a bench and a rack).

Once you add the product to the cart, they add an additional $100,000 for shipping (see image attached).

Almost got me

Clicked on an ad from Facebook marketplace. I almost ordered, then realized the web address was different, plus there were only 5 categories. Should have known $79 for a large wardrobe armoire was too good to be true.

I placed an order September 9, 2021 for a mobility scooter. Received tracking # and invoice # along with a receipt for payment which stupidly I put on Visa. Informed that scooter would be shipped in two days which never happened. Total scam as have not received scooter. I have tried sending an email with no response from seller. Buyer be where. Thanks

Obviously I did my homework before trying to purchase anything Here are some key signs that a website is a fake besides the price being too good to be true If they dont post contact info on the bottom of the page if the icons that show that its safe and credible dont actually lead to anything if you click on it just a photo and the actual h t t p link in it doesnt actually say like for instance Wayfair Good luck guys Please be smart with your online shopping and dont be a mindless consumer ask yourself before a purchase do I even need this item Will I actually use it Just saying impulse buying is no good ps this site wouldnt allow me to post this with any punctuation hence the mess of a post sorry

Advertised a bike for 106.98 and I stupidly put in my cc/ debit info was deducted from my bank account and obviously no bike arrived .

I stupidly ordered a bike for $106.98, never came. Alls it says on my bank statement is they money was paid to Paul Sinclair Forrest lake. Can not find any way to get my money back so I assumed I was scammed. Thought it was to good to be true. Shame on him I live on SS and shame one me too. You know the old saying fool me once shame you twice shame on me. Won't be get the second chance.

I have purchased an item advertised on Facebook. It was wayFair product on Facebook but when I placed an order I received the confirmation email from www.letssee.shop with strange hotmail useremail that contains indian word in it. I realized I was scammed. I paid through PayPal so raised the conflict after 5 days that I haven't recieved item or any tracking information. I hope I will get my money back. I don't know where to report him? Beware don't buy anything by clicking these adverts. Thanks
