8/25/2026 RECEIVED MAIL INDICATED FROM WASHINGTON MUTUAL, HOUSTON, TX. THE LETTER INDICATED THAT WE WERE BEHIND IN HOME WARRANTY $199. WE NEVER PURCHASED A HOME WARRANTY 26 YEARS AGO OR NOW. SPOUSE CALLED NUMBER 888-523-2836 AND TRIED TO FIND OUT HOW THIS ORIGINATED. TALKING FOR OVER 30 MINUTES BEFORE FINALLY ENDING THE CALL, & CALLER SAID HE WOULD SEND COPY OF WARRANTY PAPERWORK IN MAIL? WASHINGTON MUTUAL WAS CLOSED & REBRANDED BY J.P. MORGAN CHASE IN 2008. WE WOULD LIKE TO PROSECUTE THIS FRAUD/SCAM AND LET ScamPulse.com KNOW ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.
