I ordered 3 bags which were identified as "Quilted". They arrived, not "quilted". I contacted Warmthof and they have refused to give me any return information except for a 15% credit on the next order. I sent them photos of everything and they told me they would not accept returns and I should just give them to somebody. This is a total scam and people should not order from this company.
