I was contacted about winning a free vacation to the Bahamas. I gave them my credit card information to upgrade from a 1 person trip to a two person trip. They charged $39.98. After investigation, it was a scam. They have scheduled for me to pay four payments of $89 to cover the cost of the guest, but I need to get out of that because most people don't even receive their vacation.

This business advertised a Free Vacation giveaway at the Plymouth Meeting Mall. I entered the raffle and won. They told me to call and redeem my vacation to only tell me I have to pay money and asked for my credit card info and my address to redeem. The info was provided but I never received the trip information. I believe this is a scam to steal credit card info and identification info from people by tricking them into thinking they are winning a vacation. Please look into this.
