A person called me, and said they with a company by the name of Walter Williams & Associates and that they represented a creditor that was attempting to sue me, but they could offer me a one time settlement for half of the original debt.

She sent me a bogus looking "docusign" attachment. I told her if this is a legit company, that to send me a secure link to "pay", of course she claimed that wasn't an option.. After blocking the "fake" email address & cutting all communication off,

someone starting calling me leaving intimidating voice-mails along the lines of, " a complaint had been filed in their office, and the issuing agent will be reaching out to me @ my home, and or place of employment" & that I needed to call 855-636-0206 to avoid further action.
