Purchased gold chain advertised online through their web site Walshjewelry.com payment made by credit card and order acknowledged by Walsh to be shipped in 3-5 days with tracking info. Item never shipped or received after 3 weeks and company does not respond to numerous emails. No contact phone # available and emails go unanswered.
