Scam call about Walmart purchase of PlayStation 5

Indicated a charge had been made to my Walmart account for $919.45? Purchase of Play Station 5 and 3D headset. Advised to call number (562-286-6296) or press #1?? Don't have Walmart Account, but my phone # was called, and only Walmart purchase was made on line with either PayPal, or bank card. Deleting message...no charges have shown up on my cards.

Walmart Order Verification scam call about PlayStation 5 purchase

"Walmart Order Verification" called me and tried to see if I had made a purchase for $919.45 for a Playstation 5 and a head set. I said I did not make that purchase and then they "checked" the activity on my Walmart account and they asked me if I had traveled the New Jersey or California. I told them that I had traveled to California. They then asked me to verify by yes or no answers if I had any bank accounts. They listed a bunch of financial institutions. I said yes to 3 financial institutions I have done business with in the past. He did not ask for any personal account #s. He then "transferred" me to the "federal trade commission" and told me I was supposed to give the agent his name, a case # and his employee ID. Once I told him that the accounts he listed were joint accounts he hung up on me. I never gave him any personal information outside of what he already had (my address).
