Detailed voicemail message from Walmart customer support was left stating that a Walmart account was set up using my name and phone number and a charge in the amount of $1,302.49 occurred. The person I spoke with, "Joseph Wilson", gave me this information and I asked him to cancel that account immediately which he said he did at 11:56 am November 2, 2026.

I do not have nor have I ever had a Walmart charge account. That being said I had just set up online the ability to have my prescriptions delivered to my home address which was the only personal information in addition to my phone number that was available.
