I purchased a pair of shoes from Walker and Sons, Los Angeles, from their website walker-sons.com. The order website indicated they offer a 30 day money back guarantee if not satisfied with the purchase. I initiated the return process because the shoes didn't fit. I was told I needed to send photos of the product and the original packaging, and then I received instructions for the return process. The goods were to be returned to an address in China. I informed the Walker and Sons it was unacceptable to ship the return package to China when the company represents themselves as located in Los Angeles. Thecost of shipping would be more than the cost of the product. Walker and Son then communicated they would offer me 50% of the value of thepurchased item in store credit or 15% refund to my original form of payment. I lost $59.99 on this order.

Bottom line to consumers... beware. This outfit is a complete scam. Their business model makes it cost prohibitive to return products when the consumer is not satisfied with.
