They called me and stated this is an urgent contact regarding a specific file number, used a 15 year old home address for me, and that they have been retained to schedule and deliver documents to me between the hours of 8 am to 4 pm. They said they will be making two attempts to deliver these documents requiring signature for proof of delivery if they fail to deliver it will be classified as a failed action. They tried to get me to verify my entire social security number over the phone. When I told them I was going to notify the Federal Trade Commission, and to hold, they hung up. I called back both numbers, no option to leave a voicemail, no message announcing what company they were with and when to call back. The other phone number they used was 913-224-2470
