I ordered a dress for my daughter in a size 12. I received an email from the company to confirm the size and color I ordered. I confirmed a size 12. They sent me a size 10 - the tag inside the dress and the invoice shipped with the dress stated a size 10. I emailed the company and asked them repeatedly to work with me to get the correct size, they insisted the dress was what I ordered. I disputed it with my credit card company, unfortunately they followed up and due to a medical emergency I was lax in following up and the case was resolved in their favor. But I have emails and pictures supporting that they sent me the wrong size dress.
