I placed an order on May 14, 2025 and still have not recieved my inflatable tanning pool. I have emailed several times. They have emailed me saying the apologize for the delay due to an unexpected amount of orders and reassure me they're sending my pool. I have requested a refund more than a dozen times and they will not respond now. I just want my money back. I have included a screenshot of my purchase.
