My coworker recommended me to this site. They recommended everyone tell them there skin type and issue before advising which product to buy. I was having trouble trying to purchase my item on the website. I asked the representative to do it for me. I originally purchased the Moroccan soap. I informed the rep I have very sensitive skin. He never informed as well not to even purchase that particular product. Originally I went straight to the site which doesn’t even state that the Moroccan soap isn’t for sensitive skin. It’s not until later on I looked more on there Instagram page and then when I noticed one of the post stating that. I immediately hit the rep up, due to the time differences they were closed. He did get back to me and said it wasn’t no problem for me to change it to another soap called skin deep. My products came on Monday and got to upset to see the one I couldn’t use. I spoke to the rep and told him he wanted evidence I sent him two pictures and one video. He telling me they sent didn’t send me the wrong soap and there nothing they can do about it. I been going back and forth with 4 different people and they all was very rude to me and said they can not do anything and I should use what I receive. I’m so hurt and disappointed to spend so much money just to get played like this. I really hope something can be done. They are scammer not informing the entire information to there customer just want to collect there money. Honestly I know if I was Nigerian this wouldn’t have gone the way it did. Which is consider profiling.
